It all began at Fully in January 2017, when the brand's founder, Thomas Nicollier, decided to close a small accounting business he was running and follow a path closer to nature.

The desire to create something unique was the driving force behind the birth of his workshop.
The quest for the perfect taste led him to travel: to Brittany, with its centuries-old traditions, and to Canada, where ancient books and master craftsmen preserve unique manufacturing secrets.
